We are seeking to appoint a qualified surveyor to support the team’s work in managing a varied portfolio, including shops, industrial units and open space, plus other work including the development of assets.

This post would be ideal for a Chartered Surveyor who is seeking to expand their experience by working closely with a team who deliver a multimillion pound revenue stream from a varied commercial portfolio. The post holder should be familiar with Landlord and Tenant legislation, Right to Buy valuations, the release of restrictive covenants and land sales. Candidates must have good time management skills and be willing work with a diverse workload.

A check will be undertaken with the Disclosure and Barring Service to ensure that the successful candidate has no relevant convictions.
