£24,084 to £25,636 per annum (Inclusive of London Fringe Weighting)
37 hours per week – permanent


We have vacancies for the role of Supported Housing Officer and are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in the welfare of older people to manage a Supported Housing Scheme and a patch of properties in the community.

The post holder will maintain regular one to one contact with tenants empowering them to live independently by providing assistance and advice to ensure their needs are identified and met, dealing with emergencies as they arise and liaising with other service providers.

You will ideally have experience of working in a customer focused role with good communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment and be able to use your initiative to resolve day to day issues.

An Enhanced check will be undertaken with the Disclosure and Barring Service to ensure that the successful candidates for the above posts have no relevant convictions.
