Development Management Team Leader

£20,143 to £21,086 per annum (Inclusive of London Fringe Weighting) plus Lease Car Allowance pro rata
17 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Team Leader job share in Development Management. You will jointly manage a team of approximately eight people, (one of two teams in DM). We are a busy planning department with over 40 major applications last year. The borough has a designated enterprise zone with many new commercial buildings planned. We also receive exciting and challenging applications in our rural areas, within the Green Belt.     

The successful candidate must be motivated and enthusiastic about managing people and performance. Customer Service, Quality and efficient ways of working are our key priorities. You must also be a positive team player; we look forward to hearing from you.  

Applicants must have a driving licence which is valid in the UK and use of a vehicle.
