Full time, 37 hours per week
  

This is a great opportunity to join a busy and lively team who provide support, guidance and advice to a large supported housing service for Older People. You will be required to provide a range of professional support functions to the Supported Housing Team dealing with enquiries accurately and promptly, resolving the issue wherever possible at first point of contact. Where this is not possible, taking positive action to ensure completion, including liaising with other service departments.  

We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service and communication skills who has attention to detail. A great team player who has the confidence to provide tenants and staff with advice and assistance as required, on the telephone and in person. You will have experience of working in a busy environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst remaining calm under pressure. You will be computer literate with the ability to use MS Office and web based systems.  

The successful candidate will be dynamic, innovative, committed and be able to work flexibly to meet the demands of this post whilst demonstrating the attributes of our High Performance Environment.
