£26,443 - £29,702 per annum

Could you work well as part of a lively team to help deliver improvements for Dacorum’s housing service?

This exciting opportunity for a nine-month fixed term role/secondment will require experience of analysing data and other information in order to put forward recommendations for improvement. Attention to detail and accuracy will be essential.

You will need to demonstrate an ability to make effective use of Word, Powerpoint and other office software to produce formal reports and updates. You will work with teams across the housing service to devise procedure flowcharts, as well as meeting with staff to carry out internal audits as part of our programme of workstream reviews.

The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to plan effective communication with a range of audiences. An ability to work cooperatively with others even when under pressure is essential.

Experience of undertaking audits, researching best practice and producing recommendations for service improvement would also be useful within this role.
